After living in 14 foster/temporary care placements - Frenice (then age 11) had given up on finding a “forever family”. Little did she know that her parents were working with PWNL to find her. Since her adoption Frenice has blossomed into a wonderful advocate on behalf of older child adoption. She is the first to admit that the road has not always been easy and that she at times can be a challenging teen to parent.
