BARKER S.T.A.R.S. parent and kids workshops will help provide you and your child with the skills, language, and confidence on how your unique family can tackle uncomfortable/invasive questions and comments about adoption. It is also a great opportunity for adopted kids to meet others who are adopted. Adopted children in grades 2-5th grade to have the chance to talk and process their feelings about adoption in a safe, age-appropriate way. |

Join us for an evening of discussion and support! This discussion group is targeted to the needs of parents of young adults who are beyond high school age 18+, and will focus on issues related to young adulthood. The group is facilitated by a Barker staff social worker.

It’s a chance to enjoy playful activities, build connections with other families, and feel supported by the Barker community.
