Please feel free to share this event with friends or family who may benefit from attending.
This workshop will help professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the adoption programs available through Barker. In this session, we will provide an overview of adoption programs and post-adoption supports available through The Barker Adoption Foundation. Agency staff will walk participants through Barker’s full range of services so professionals can better understand referral options and guide clients who are exploring adoption. Programs discussed will include Domestic Infant Adoption, Older Child Adoption from Foster Care (Project Wait No Longer), the Domestic Dual Program, International Adoption, and Post-Adoption Support and Services. Participants will also hear from a family who has completed the adoption process and will share firsthand insights and answer questions. This session is ideal for clinicians, caseworkers, educators, and other professionals seeking a clear starting point for understanding adoption resources available through Barker.
Considering Adoption? Join our online info session to learn about Barker’s adoption programs and hear from a family who’s been through the process. All are welcome—login details sent 24 hours in advance.
